The forging process of forged flange is generally composed of the following processes, i.e. selecting the process methods of cutting, heating, forming, cooling and forging after forging of high-quality steel billet, including free forging, die forging and fetal film forging. During production, different forging methods shall be selected according to the quality of forgings and the number of production batches.
